  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for Healthcare Project Managers with 5 years of experience supporting Healthcare, Marketing, Sales – Remote Roles

Remote Roles with some travel. (25%)

Pay Rate: Open

Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer term extensions

Job Description: Remote - will require some travel as needed (25%). Please ensure resources are aware and able to accommodate.

Responsibilities

End to End Project Management.

Project management of Marketing and Sales initiatives including building roadmaps, project timelines, resource plans, meeting facilitation and administration.

Develop the project idea, define goals, and create a detailed plan with timelines and resources.

Lead the project team, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

Keep stakeholders informed, resolve issues, and motivate the team.

Ensure deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.

Maintain project documentation and use project management tools.

Duties may include occasional travel to facilities and support meetings and work sessions.

Qualifications

Overall 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager from a healthcare of Insurance company/companies.

Plus a minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager from Sales & Marketing environments.

Demonstrated experience in managing projects and staff in a collaborative environment.

Strong communication and written skills; ability clearly and comfortably communicate with all different levels in the organization.

Proven time management skills with the ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.

Ability to deliver results, facilitate and influence others and facilitate problem solving beyond temporary solutions.

Ability to see from a variety of organizational perspectives and to use curiosity as a coaching tool.

Ability to form and maintain successful working relationships.

English language proficiency in both spoken and written form.

PMP Certified (Active Certification required)

Experience supporting Insurance environment a huge plus!
