Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of SAP S/4HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management, S/4HANA migration, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines. This role requires hands-on experience with large-scale SAP projects and the ability to drive strategic initiatives to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and compliance with SAP best practices and standards.
  • Manage cross-functional teams in different geographies, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient execution.
  • Lead project governance and reporting activities, including regular status meetings and milestone reviews.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges related to S/4HANA migrations.
  • Oversee change management and user training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new SAP environment.

Key Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP program management, with a focus on S/4HANA migration projects.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex SAP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, processes, and migration strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources for large projects.
  • PMP, SAP S/4HANA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

S/4 Hana Migration project experience required!!
