  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Product Manager on our team, you will be responsible for leading the squad in the rollout of our new time system across multiple countries, working closely with engineering squads, business partners, and other product managers. You will ensure that each country's needs are reflected in our Jira agile tools, coordinate dependencies across teams, and leverage agile ceremonies to execute work with internal and vendor squads.

About the role:
We're looking for someone who can quickly ramp up on our program environment and start contributing to the team.
You will need to balance active delivery and future planning to keep pace with the overlapping waves of work.
You will be responsible for defining value, risks, and impacts for programs and leaders, and showcasing your work in presentations and demos with engineering partners.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years minimum experience as a product manager within a large scale enterprise level environment
  • Experience with UKG systems and UKG Pro is highly needed
  • Skilled with agile tools and Jira.
  • Great business acumen and communication skills
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Validated ability to adapt to new technologies and tools, changing needs, processes, and ambiguity
