Need a SAP CS SD consultant for a Client in Austin, TX. (The End Client is not Apple).
The duration is 6 months. Consultant needs to go around 2 months in person during requirement gathering and during go live.
Note : SAP CS is Customer Service, it was called Service Management or SAP SM before

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Configure and implement SAP CS modules to meet business requirements.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for SAP CS functionalities, addressing user issues and troubleshooting problems.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and create documentation to facilitate user understanding of SAP CS.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other SAP functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, PM) to ensure integrated solutions.
  • Testing & Validation: Participate in system testing, validation, and data migration activities.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SAP developments and industry trends related to customer service.
