This Senior Accountant involves developing and maintaining budgets, managing revenue processes and accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Accountabilities:
- Revenue Management: Manage revenue processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting and oversee billing and invoicing procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Account Receivable Management: Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, accurate record-keeping, implementing credit policies, and following up on overdue accounts to minimize bad debts
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, to senior management and stakeholders
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgets and forecasts
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- NetSuite experience is strongly preferred
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently.
