Senior Penetration Tester

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Sierra Vista, AZ that is seeking a highly skilled Senior Penetration Tester to join a dynamic team supporting a large mission. This role involves providing advanced technology solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Senior Penetration Tester will conduct penetration tests on networks, applications, and systems to identify security weaknesses
* Document findings, including vulnerabilities and risks, and provide actionable remediation recommendations
* Perform post-exploitation analysis and simulate real-world attacks to assess the effectiveness of defensive measures
* Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and techniques to enhance penetration testing capabilities
* Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, attack techniques, and penetration testing tools
* As a Senior Penetration Tester, you will collaborate with cyber professionals, including red and blue teams, and engage with law enforcement, counterintelligence, and intelligence professionals to understand adversary tactics
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and testing methodologies
* Utilize a wide range of penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma + 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree (AA/AS), or Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Cyber Security or related field
* Certifications: IAT II Certification (Security+CE or equivalent) at the time of hire
* CSSP-AU Certification (Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or equivalent) at the time of hire
* Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
