Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to guide products from conception to launch, bridging the gap between technical and business domains.

  • Strategic Communication: Develop and articulate strategies that support the overall product vision.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Agile Practices: Maintain a robust backlog of work for development teams and play a pivotal role in various agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management within digital banking
  • Proven experience in product management within the digital banking or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into successful product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term execution.
