We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager that has a proven track record of increasing revenue through digital and boots on the ground marketing.

Rob Levine Law is a prominent law firm, handling personal injury, social security and veterans' disability cases.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategies for the law firm. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs, with an emphasis on PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email marketing, and lead vendor services. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing marketing ROI across multiple channels.

As with all our positions, we work as a team and team members may be called upon to assist in other departments within our company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives of each division in the law firm
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve goals
  • Oversee the implementation of PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis
  • Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and enhance online visibility for all company websites
  • Evaluate and onboard lead vendor services to supplement in-house lead generation efforts and expand the company's client base
  • Monitor key performance metrics and analyze campaign data to identify areas for optimization and improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, SEO, email marketing, and lead generation
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth through digital marketing initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes
