- Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer outreach and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized support and acting as their primary point of contact
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction
