Job Summary/Company: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project and Program managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and developing applications using low-code/no-code platforms. There are multiple openings at multiple clearance levels, up to and including TS SCI with a Poly

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse team on a large-scale cyber/intel project
  • Keeping all stakeholders updated with current status, findings, etc.


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management, preferably related to cybersecurity, counterintelligence, law enforcement or insider threat programs.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Strong understanding of governance structures and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with program building based on risk management frameworks and processes.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, cybersecurity, or another relevant field.
  • Experience working with or within federal law enforcement, the Department of Defense, and/or the United States Intelligence Community (USIC).
  • Advanced certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Training and experience related to data science
  • Knowledge of insider threat programs and their components.
  • Experience in monitoring and ensuring compliance with governance structures such as NISPOM.
  • Eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
