Liberty Classical Schools seeks a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join its growing Human Resources team. The HR Coordinator would act as the right-hand of the HR Director and would play a key role in implementing new processes and onboarding new employees at our start-up schools. This position would work in person in our Atlanta office.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Assists hiring manager with scheduling interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Tracks status of new hires in HRIS in the onboarding process.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualified Candidates Will Meet The Following Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of human resources work experience required
  • High School diploma plus equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in person in Atlanta, GA
