Have a proven track record of selling IT Staffing augmentation services to Fortune 500 and corporate organizations.
Must have a strong existing relationship with clients in the United States.
Contacting new clients and developing new business by creating partnerships with clients.
Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
Have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in winning new business dealing with high profile clients.
Have great business proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
Good understanding of marketing & brand campaigns will be an added advantage.
Effectively communicate and present the full range of our organization services portfolio and ensuring the opted services are of a value add to them.
You will identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure the right suite of services to pitch to the client.
Revenue generation through new clientele acquisition.
Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect ambassador while networking.
Ensuring to meet the clients on frequent basis for better business prospects.
Developing relevant business proposals under the guidelines of Business Head.
Reporting to the hierarchy and stake holders on a day-to-day basis highlighting the work done.
