Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated experience with E2E data validation testing on large complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; able to communicate effectively and concisely to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle, test management tools and release cycles.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a demanding environment.
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae applications is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of software testing practices
• Ability to develop detailed E2E Test Strategy/Test Plan.
• Participate/lead Test scenario, Data Strategy and Runbook working sessions with application teams.
• Conduct Stakeholder walkthroughs for Test Strategy, Test Scenario, and Data Strategy.
• Facilitate E2E Test Execution daily standup calls and defect issue/management proactively.
• Communicate daily E2E Test execution status to stakeholders.
• Must be adept at managing work in an independent manner to ensure successful project completion.
• Hands on experience using JIRA.
• Experience with Microsoft tools like PPT, Visio, power BI etc.
• Strong prioritization and communication skill (i.e., documenting meeting minutes, scheduling, and sending out follow up tasks)
• Problem Solving and Life-cycle development skills

Desired Experiences:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae applications/prior Fannie Mae experience a plus.
• Test automation tools experience
