Research Analyst, Technology Innovation Engineer

Job Summary
As part of a business technology team, analyzes business requirements and problems and participates in research to design quality technical solutions. This individual will be involved in portions of the full systems life cycle (based on experience/skills). Applies specialized domain knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Makes judgements and recommendations based on analysis and knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical direction and hands-on work to develop and execute on short and long-term roadmaps across all aspects of the innovation team and associated teams.

Ensure extraordinary user experience, including user support and resolution of issues, for all internal and external users.

Provide guidance and maintain documentation for best practices and standards.

Your insights will help improve technology offerings and identify areas for business growth.

Reporting data is flexible, but assisting in PowerPoint slides and data charts would be a plus.

Build/possess strong industry knowledge of the technology sector.

Contribute to the generation of innovation ideas.

Interpret data and perform analysis on technology trends.

Facilitation of meetings, but internal and external vendors.

Write reports/notes on companies under coverage and key industry topics.
