Our wireless SOC organization is responsible for all aspects of wireless silicon development with a particular emphasis on highly energy-efficient design and new technologies that transform the user experience at the product level, all of which is driven by a world-class vertically integrated engineering team spanning RF/Analog architecture and design, Systems/PHY/MAC architecture and design, VLSI/RTL design and integration, Emulation, Design Verification, Test and Validation, and FW/SW engineering. In this role, you will be part of the RF system engineering team responsible for specifying, developing, and validating groundbreaking wireless silicon for application in Apple's products!

Description

- Develop complete RF specifications governing silicon and module-level designs, working with partner teams in Platform Architecture, Product Systems, PHY Algorithm Systems, and RFIC Design.- Develop innovative RF architectures to achieve outstanding performance, power, and area.- Introduce RF system features with digitally enhanced innovations.- Produce RF line-up specifications in close collaboration with the RFIC design team to guide the development of new radio designs.- Develop and maintain infrastructure for system-level simulation and system verification to ensure first-time design success.- Validate silicon and drive any required revisions to achieve compliance with all RF system specifications to meet full system performance.- Support the delivery of new wireless technologies to the Product Systems teams.

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
