Leading global Credit Hedge Fund, CLO Issuer and Private Equity firm seeks a mid-level “VP - CLO Portfolio Compliance and Controls” to work closely with the operations team to support portfolio managers and senior members of the firms Public Credit CLO business with responsibility for running, monitoring and confirming portfolio compliance testing daily, monthly Trustee testing, and running hypothetical trading and portfolio optimization analysis using in-house as well as third party software and systems. He/She will respond in a timely manner to ad-hoc internal client requests for information or particular data on existing holdings, periodically propose portfolio optimization strategies when and where relevant and back up the head of the group. Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Run, monitor and confirm portfolio compliance testing daily and for monthly Trustee testing

• Run hypothetical trading and portfolio optimization analysis using in-house as well as third party software and systems

• Respond in a timely manner to ad-hoc internal client requests for information or particular data on existing holdings

• Periodically proposing portfolio optimization strategies when and where relevant

• Quarterly Waterfalls

Desired Experience:

• 10+ years of prior relevant work experience

• Previous experience with CLOs and/or rated financings, preferably middle market and BSL CLOs, structured credit, private credit, syndicated loans and high-yield bonds

• Highly detail oriented, accurate and thorough; takes ownership and meets high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and accountability

• Excellent quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills including high proficiency with Excel is required. Experience with VPM or Geneva is desired, with INTEX, Bloomberg and SkyRoad systems preferred.

• Ability and experience interacting with operations teams and third party trustees/custodians

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with programming experience a plus but not necessary.

• Team player with strong work ethic who demonstrates initiative and commitment.
