Job Title: Assistant Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Estimator to support our team. The successful candidate will assist with project coordination and document organization. Responsibilities include handling RFIs, scheduling, and communications. The role involves distributing plans and addenda, sending bid invitations, obtaining bid forms, and working with financial and risk management representatives. Additionally, the Assistant Estimator will maintain electronic filing systems, track opportunities in the CRM system, and assemble proposal documents. The role also requires working with the Marketing Department on complex projects and maintaining subcontractor relationships.
