What You’ll Do:

  • Initiate and follow up on seasonal sourcing requests to vendor partners
  • Manage color standards and create seasonal color cards for all divisions and departments
  • Launch seasonal material development requests
  • Create and manage seasonal and core material boards and development binders
  • Monitor material timeline management with close, daily vendor communication
  • Request footwear material trials and pullovers, partnering closely with PD, Design and Merchandising on all updates
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining seasonal development charts
  • Manage collection, thorough review, and PLM entry of all FDS & LDS sheets; partner with senior leadership on detail validation
  • Partner with PD and Costing teams to update costing on materials and BOMs
  • Request, track, and monitor leather bundles, article masters, and bulk color approvals
  • Drive preliminary color approval, partnering with Manager and Senior Director on final sign off; manage seasonal color approval comments, follow up, and timeline
  • Manage and maintain color and material library and archive
  • Support distribution of development references, swatches, skins, and fabric yardages to internal and external partners
  • Conduct special projects for Senior Leadership

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in Materials or Fashion industry a must
  • Strong acumen for managing large sets of data
  • Strong communication and impeccable organization skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of PLM
  • Detail oriented and strong time management
