  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Department of Global Health has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Program Operations Specialist within the Academic Programs & Student Services (APSS). The position works with course instructors, provides course support and administration, manages time schedule construction and other curricular systems, and supports academic program events and operations for the APSS office. This role operationalizes academic, curriculum, communications, and event priorities, focusing on information management, faculty and course support and administration, and related activities, in carrying out program operations. This position interacts with faculty, staff, and students in the Schools of Public Health and Medicine (SPH/SOM), as well as from other units on campus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to advocate, collaborate, communicate effectively, work independently, exercise independent judgement, work on a team, and meet critical deadlines. This position will be located at the Hans Rosling Center for Population Health at the UW Seattle campus and will report to the Assistant Director of Academic Services. Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of job experience.
