Summary

This organization, responsible for managing data centers globally, is seeking a skilled professional to join their supply chain operations management team. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, contributing to key projects, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between Capacity Planning Team and Build Order & Fulfillment Team.
• Utilize data and analytics for supply matching to capacity planning and customer demand.
• Define key metrics driving process improvements.
• Focus on demand-supply shaping activities for delivery of finished goods.
• Manage company inventory to minimize overstock and out-of-stock occurrences.
• Analyze supply and demand, forecast products, and monitor inventory supply.
• Develop internal and external performance indicators and metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ops/Industrial /Manufacturing engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in related fields
• Minimum 4-7 years' supplier management experience in an Electronics, or high-volume supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing / Hardware production environment.
• Minimum of 4+ years Program Management and data analytics
• Strong understanding in the use of MRP, Excel, Power Point, SQL, Access, and Power BI
• 4+ years' supplier management experience in an Electronics, or high-volume supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing / Hardware production environment
• MS/MBA preferred
• Current Experience in IT / high-tech electronics or Manufacturing / Service supply chain
• Excellent communication, problem solving skills - ability to manage competing priorities, set clear expectations, collaborate, identify objectives, develop and deliver feedback in written, oral, and presentation formats for partner teams, and senior executive management.
• Strong Project Management skills involving multiple global System Integrators and Internal partners.
• High comfort with handling multiple ongoing priorities and escalations.
• Strong customer-focus and attention to detail.
• Capable of performing complex data analysis to identify problems or opportunities to improve supply chain performance
• Skilled in Customer Relationship building, and Cross-functional collaboration opportunities.
• Strong skills and knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving and the ability to implement and drive corrective actions and efficiencies (ability to hold people accountable, and drive closure)
• Ability to work well in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes
• Support organization‐wide projects to improve delivery, reliability, and agility; leveraging others effectively to support internal business team goals
• Minimal travel is required.
