Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager for a contract opportunity with a Financial Services client in Boston

Professional Experience:

• Over 8 years of experience in cybersecurity and cyber controls.
• Responsible for day-to-day client liaison, monitoring, and reporting on assignment progress.
• Banking or Financial Services experience

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the cybersecurity and cyber controls domain.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale process re-engineering and remediation efforts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and coach teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly Status Reports: Prepare and facilitate project status reports and scorecards for weekly updates to the CISO, Deputy CISO, Executive Management, and others.
• Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure effective execution.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and lead teams in process re-engineering efforts, ensuring effective delivery through documentation and controls development.
• Process Assessment: Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments to identify process gaps, deficiencies, and areas for improvement. Produce detailed gap analysis reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to facilitate process remediation at an enterprise level. Maintain relationships with business units to ensure alignment and buy-in for re-engineered processes. Manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cybersecurity Controls Development: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure controls are technically sound and feasible. Create comprehensive documentation for new and revised controls, including implementation guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Engagement Closure: Compile and deliver final documentation, including deliverables, closure reports, and knowledge transfer materials, to ensure thorough documentation and stakeholder approval of processes, controls, and changes.
