Business Analyst

CIPPlanner is looking for a dedicated and energetic System Business Analyst to join our team. Successful candidates can expect a dynamic business environment that will provide opportunities to gain exposure to multiple facets of the business and will be an instrumental player to serve existing and prospective customers.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive business analysis and software implementation support within the Software Implementation team to effectively serve our clients.
• Occasionally travel to client locations for hands-on implementation and deployment tasks

Job Functions:

• Be an instrumental player of software implementation project teams throughout the life cycle of the software implementation processes.
• Facilitate and validate the development of system solutions to satisfy customers business needs.
• Analyze documents and communicate system and business processes among the CIPPlanner teams and the client teams. Conduct thorough system integration analysis to facilitate the integration of the company products with third-party software, including ERP, Document Management, and LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) systems etc.
• Create or refine project deliverables in English, such as Configuration Analysis Reports, Test Scripts, and Training Manuals etc.
• Configure software components including user interfaces, reports, role-based access control rules and user dashboards etc.
• Provide exceptional customer support following project implementation.
• Conduct software presentations and provide technical support to existing and prospective customers.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or higher.
• Ability to understand documents and translate customer business requirements into technology-based solutions.
• Extensive experience in requirement analysis and UI prototyping tools including Microsoft Visio.
• Excellent knowledge of writing effective User Story .
• Experience of writing UAT documentation.
• Exceptional logical reasoning capabilities
• A collaborative team player
• Strong presentation and communication skills to work together with customers and internal cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, well-organized and strict attention to details
• Flexibility to work according to schedules that accommodate the global teams as needed
• Willingness to attend meetings in different time zones to collaborate with multinational project team members and customers globally
• Ability to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation methodology
• Two to five years hands-on system business analysis experience preferred
• A fast learner and hard-working person
• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is highly desirable
• Chinese bilingual is highly desirable but not required
