  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and remediating trouble calls during business hours for approximately 30 resident students, 53 ISG faculty and staff and 25 support contractors.
  • Answering all Tier 1 calls, create and remediate Tier 1 tickets, escalate issues to Tier 2 as appropriate, and remediate all Tier 2 escalations
  • All help desk tickets shall be generated in the NPS Ivanti Service Desk system.
  • Responsible for the implementation and operation of an integrated system of hardware and software applications

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active Secret clearance or above
