QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER - Dallas-Fort Worth area
SALARY RANGE: $110,000 115,000
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing FSQA Supervisor directly with the who directly supervise and maintain all hourly QA employees, safety, and maintain controls, programs, and organizational structures that comply with Food Safety, Regulatory, customer, and GFSI requirements.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 7 years prior food processing background and familiarity with USDA, HACCP and Meat processing industry REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science/Food Technology, or related field
• SQF Certification and experience.
• PCQI Certification and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years combined experience in a QA Supervisor / Manager role in a meat processing facility, at least 2 years of experience managing a Quality Assurance department with salaried supervisors.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel computer applications
