Your Responsibilities:

As our Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop strategic plans, and drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges
  • Developing and implementing tailored success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services
  • Serving as an advocate for clients internally, championing their needs and priorities
  • Monitoring key performance metrics and providing regular updates and insights to clients

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in Customer Service
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving results
