  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What will you do:

  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality standards that align with industry best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing quality team through effective training, mentorship, and collaboration.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, proactively address quality concerns, and exceed their expectations.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and explore emerging technologies to enhance our quality processes.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Quality Assurance, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of successful quality initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
  • Certifications: Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and SQF.

Preferred Skills:

  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with automated inspection equipment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations.
  • Hands-on Lean Manufacturing experience.
