Job Description
This position is responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
You will provide leadership, planning, technical direction, communication, and coaching skills to ensure safe production of high-quality products to meet customer needs in the most cost-effective manner. You'll is responsible for analyzing current business processes, recommending improvements, and implementing new operational efficiency initiatives. Drive the development and implementation of Lean methodology to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Additionally, you will plan direct and manage department activities to enhance achievement of continuous improvement goals, policies, priorities, and procedures.
Creates and maintains a culture of continuous improvement by training, educating, and influencing all levels of management and serving as facilitator and champion for process improvement across the Company.
Provides strategic leadership and tactical planning in multiple, complex, high-visibility process improvement projects. Oversee and direct all continuous improvement events aimed at obtaining sustainment.
You will supervise and coach others within your group.
You need:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (and Systems) ,or Industrial Engineering Technology, or related degree
2+ years experience in a related field
