  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Who are we?

We are a NYC-based Micro-VC fund focused on the intersection of Proptech/Construction tech, Climatetech, and Energytech (the Build World). We are backed by strategic multinationals of the Build World. We are looking for a qualified intern who can grow into becoming an integral part of the VC fund.

What are we looking?

1- Will strictly consider:
  • Enrollment in a Business (MBA), Real Estate, and or Climate graduate program from a New York City or East Coast region university
  • Financial analysis and investment management-related education and career (including Banking, Accounting/Auditing, Project Finance or Consulting/Strategy roles)

5+ years of business and commercial experience

2- Must-haves:

  • Experience in the climate, property/real estate, and construction verticals
  • Graduate school degree (ongoing education or graduate)
  • Remote-work agility and flexibility
  • Deal-management capability (financial analysis as well as deal / pipeline management)
  • Founder-friendly attitude and soft skills
  • Time management skills to balance between school and job workload simultaneously (If still in graduate school)

US Citizenship and Green Card (we do not sponsor employment).
