Help Desk Engineer Job in Pontiac, MI:
Hybrid Position (3 days per week remote)
12 month Contract
Pay rate Range: $22-25.00 per hour based on experience
Please no 3rd party or c2c candidates
The Help Desk Engineer will assist users with the documentation and resolution of requests for technical service that originate via phone, email and online avenues.
The Help Desk Engineer will coordinate assignment of requests with appropriate IT staff to ensure timely and effective resolution. Additional Service Center responsibilities may be assigned as required.
Desired Qualification of the Help Desk Engineer Job in Pontiac, MI:
Experience supporting corporate users with technical needs.
Strong technical support and customer support experience.
Hand on experience with Ticketing Systems, Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Active Directory would be a plus.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
