Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The BA will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Creating BRD, FRD and business documentation.
• Develop process models, use cases, and user stories for solution design.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions.
• Communicate findings and updates to stakeholders and decision-makers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management and business analysis tools.
