Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a Consultant or BA
  • Knowledge of the overall SFMC suite and able to guide customers to the right solution
  • Understanding of Salesforce Core Clouds and how they can be integrated with SFMC
  • Worked closely with stakeholders & decision makers to gather requirements and work with end users
  • Able to document technical specifications and design technical solutions from requirements
  • Knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certificates: Email Specialist; Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Optional)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Documents requirements and formulates test plans with QA and other partner groups prior to requesting business user testing.
  • Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
  • Responsible for document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library.
  • Leads project team with gaining business user acceptance.
  • Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.
