  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Extensive Business Analyst experience, with proven expertise in requirement gathering, analyzing business needs, and developing detailed requirements and design for system modifications.

  • Product Owner experience, managing application lifecycle within cross-functional teams and driving product development aligned with business objectives.

  • Hands-on experience with software application projects, including coordinating system enhancements, managing technical and non-technical stakeholders, and delivering project goals.

  • SQL proficiency, capable of querying and analyzing databases to support application development and testing efforts.

  • Case Management experience, effectively managing and maintaining applications related to case management systems within the Health and Human Services domain.

  • Jira experience, utilizing the tool to track project tasks, manage user stories, and collaborate across Agile teams for effective project delivery.
