IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst. This role will assist user community with the documentation and resolution of requests for service that originate (via phone, email and online) with the client s IT Service Desk.

Tasks:
  • Coordinates assignment of requests with appropriate IT staff to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Additional Service Center responsibilities duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of assignments and understands the urgency and importance of providing customer service.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work.

Environment: CA Service Desk, Microsoft Desktop OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat

NOTE: Candidate must reside in Pontiac, MI from day one. Candidate will be working approximately 40 hours/week (Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm). Candidate will be trained on-site at Oakland County then working remotely approximately three days/week & on-site two days/week.

Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid - 2 days/week on-site)

Skills Required:
  • 3+ years - CA Service Desk experience
  • 3+ years - Microsoft Desktop OS experience
  • 3+ years - Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3+ years - Adobe Acrobat
  • 3+ years - Experience with documentation and resolution of requests for service that originate (via phone, email and online)
Skills Desired A plus to have:
  • ITIL Certification
