Position Summary

The IT Support Technician II is responsible for providing superior customer service in delivering computer network support internally to company employees and maintaining the company's network connectivity and equipment. The duties include troubleshooting to detect and solve network problems, installing or updating network infrastructure hardware and software and recommending computer products or equipment to improve company productivity and overall operations.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assists Help Desk phone and email support for all internal customers.
  • Troubleshoots software and Hardware on-line to maintain performance and system throughout.
  • Assists end users and resolves problems with computer network connectivity and software.
  • Configure and install network appliances, workstations, and mobile devises based on user usage profiles.
  • Assists Senior level IT staff on day-to-day operations.
