  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Software SME to lead software development teams and provide expertise for a Documentum upgrade project. This position requires a strong background in OpenText Documentum, Apache Tomcat, and Linux/UNIX OS. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in completing an upgrade by the end of the year, with the possibility of additional follow-on work post-completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OpenText Documentum Software
  • Lead and facilitate the technical team responsible for a critical Documentum upgrade
  • Ensure the timely and effective execution of the project with a potential for extended work upon completion
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to manage technical discussions and development activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Documentum platform, Apache Tomcat, and Linux/UNIX OS
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in OpenText Documentum Software
  • Strong working knowledge of the Apache Tomcat Environment
  • Proficiency with Linux/UNIX Operating Systems
  • Leadership experience managing software development teams
Preferred Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of SDLC practices
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead discussions and manage diverse teams
  • Effective communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management
  • Familiarity with Change Management and Configuration Management tools (VersionOne, ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Experience with Problem and Risk Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor s Degree required (or equivalent experience); Master s Degree preferred
  • Certification in a relevant field is highly preferred
