We are looking for a NORAM Channel Marketing Associate with experience in B2B marketing and preferably experience in the tech industry. This person will be highly engaged and responsible for coordinating the development and execution of marketing tactics with partners and reporting on effectiveness and impact. In addition, this person will need to be highly skilled at navigating a matrix environment and comfortable influencing across the organization to complete projects.

This candidate will work with our NORAM Channel Marketing Manager/s to help support all enablement and demand marketing efforts that align to the Market Development Funds (MDF) associated with the Meta Work Partner Program. This program serves an ecosystem which includes Resellers, Global System Integrators, Technology and ISV partners as well as Distributors. The key regions of focus include the United States and Canada at this time.

The core responsibility of the Channel Marketing Associate will be to support marketing campaigns and/or programs that drive leads and conversion of B2B customers, either direct or through partners such as Resellers, Service and Solution partners, Technology partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Marketing programs include but are not limited to co-marketing campaigns, enablement events, tradeshows and customer events. This candidate will be highly skilled at navigating a matrix environment and comfortable influencing across all levels, both internally and externally. This role will report to the NORAM Channel Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Be an advocate for Partners with cross-functional colleagues.

• Build, manage, measure and refine marketing strategies/programs/campaigns, driving strong impact and results across the sales funnel for the B2B Commercial Sales team.

• Support all marketing efforts related to the Meta Work Partner Program including:

o Support of MDF process, proposals and claims,

o Supporting Tier 1 / Elite Partners,

o Supporting Tier 2 / Premier Partners,

o Supporting Tier 3 / Distributor and authorized resellers,

o Partner brand advisor, responsible for enforcing all brand guidelines and requirements involving partners including program badging, co-branding efforts and website representation.

• Implementation of NORAM go-to-market strategy and program benefits incl.:

o Campaign assets and materials aligned to Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners,

o Promotional Incentive offerings and Sales enablement tools.

• Manage logistical and operational elements of Channel Marketing including, but not limited to:

o Activity management and campaign tracking/reporting,

o SFDC Campaign creation & lead upload management through Partner Portal,

o Management & validation of team Channel & Partner Marketing Dashboard,

o Management of 3rd party vendors and agencies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within partner / channel marketing, project management, marketing communications, content/digital marketing or a related field.

• Experience developing working relationships and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally.

• Project and/or program management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel.

• Experience / strong skills using Salesforce or other CRM.

• Excellent writer and communicator.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or higher (not mandatory)

• Experience working in marketing and/or technology

• Excellent communication skills & extremely organized

• Partner/Channel marketing and go-to-market experience

• Experience managing 3rd party vendors, clients or partner accounts

• Experience with Google docs and Workplace preferred

• Ability to speak another language preferred (not essential)

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.99/hour - $47.49/hour.
