Admissions and Enrollment Manager

The Brightmont Academy is a group of accredited private schools offering one-to-one instruction for students in grades 1-12. Founded in 1999, we have helped over 5,000 students experience success and have 18 campuses in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Washington.

The personalization and flexibility of our offerings attract students dissatisfied with or unsuccessful in the traditional public school model and maximize the student's academic potential. Students who have successfully graduated from our program have been prepared for college and meaningful careers for over two decades.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment strategy

Manage the enrollment funnel from initial inquiry to first day at school

Provide excellent customer service and represent Brightmont in a variety of situations with a diverse population of prospective families, professionals, and community members

Direct outreach and recruitment initiatives for the Elementary, Middle and High School

Build partnerships within the community with professionals and educators by sharing common goals for students' success

Call on local professionals (private school administrators, educational consultants, therapists, and more) and share with them how Brightmonts model has changed lives so that they will recommend families to visit our school and consider enrolling

Plan, market, and execute recruiting events at the school

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Collaborate with Marketing to create external printed and digital material.

Experience in community engagement to increase Brightmont presence and awareness

Summary of Requirements:

Strong sales skills - School Admissions, Business Development or Entrepreneurial experience is required for this position

Ability to problem solve - This role will need you to help come up with unique and different plans for each student within the Brightmont program offerings, being able to understand their needs is key to being able to attain new business.

You must have extensive presentation experience, excellent communications skills, and a commanding presence. You must be able to listen effectively and overcome objections to close sales

Ability to quickly learn about Brightmont’s model and academic offerings and collaborate with campus directors to drive new enrollments

Minimal of Bachelor's degree, higher preferred

Physical presence on the campus and/or corporate office is required as it is part of the essential function of the job. The particular job duties of this position may change based upon the needs of Brightmont Academy. Additional administrative duties may be assigned at the discretion of the supervisor.
