  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Philadelphia based privately-owned manufacturer is looking for an experienced Controller/CFO leader in a hands-on medium sized company environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions.
  • End of month/year close.
  • Finance Statement Preparation
  • Monthly KPI reports.
  • Cash Management and Investment Monitoring.
  • Payroll, Benefit Administration and HR Administration.
  • Oversee IT systems and hardware in conjunction with outside vendor.
  • Sales Tax Reporting.
  • Annual Budget Preparation
  • Interface with auditors for annual financial statement and tax reporting
  • Provide a leadership role in ERP implementation
  • Consult with Owner on a variety of business issues
  • Assisting with best practices for the overall operation

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • Analytical thinker.
  • Team building and cooperation across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral presentations.
  • Proficient with Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions etc.
  • Hands-on medium sized company environment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties in order to meet strict deadlines
