The DEI Intern will support the DEI team in executing various initiatives and projects that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, providing the intern with opportunities to learn about DEI strategies, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement. The intern will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of DEI initiatives, including events, steering committee meetings, provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, preparing reports, and maintaining DEI resources, and Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by attending meetings, assisting with events, and gathering feedback on their activities. By enabling an inclusive environment, we can unlock the full potential of our employees, customers, partners and communities in the more than 210 countries and territories in which we live and work. All About You:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated master's degree graduating Dec 2025 or beyond
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong interest in DEI
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail
Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions
Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, consistently meet established deadlines, and deliver exceptional results
Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding ability a plus
Experience with Tableau, Domo, or other comparable business intelligence tools
Understanding of risk management disciplines
