  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Customer Insights Analyst for 6-12+ months that can convert to a FULL TIME opportunity

Some highlights of the role:

  • You will be the key connector between departments and customer insights, helping teams leverage data to improve products, marketing, and operations
  • You ll gather and analyze customer feedback using advanced analytics tools like Qualtrics XM Discover, then translate those insights into actionable recommendations.
  • By building and maintaining text analysis models, you ll help operationalize the voice of the customer and foster a data-driven approach across teams.
  • Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in roles supporting marketing departments, such as marketing/sales, market research, business analytics, strategic planning, or new product development.
  • Proven storytelling ability: adept at data mining and transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive decision-making.
  • Passionate and intellectually curious, with a strong desire to uncover new and unique insights.
  • Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, along with statistical analysis techniques.
  • Strong project management skills with an emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments and advocate for consumer needs.
  • Proficient in various MarTech platforms, including Google Analytics and social listening tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
