Service Desk
- Provide support to Authorized Users on both a reactive and a proactive basis for Clients tools and applications.
- Manage Incidents from Authorized Users relating to all CSC Services.
- Manage Service Requests from Authorized Users relating to all CSC Services.
- Manage access requests from Authorized Users relating to all CSC Services.
- Communicate to Authorized Users in English or Japanese (Japanese is plus to have) in the specific cases of users located in Japan, using terms that are clearly understood by the Authorized Users and consistent with those used by Client.
- Integrate seamlessly, utilizing Clients tools, interfaces, technology, and processes.
- Integrate seamlessly (including tools, interfaces, technology, and processes) with the internal Client Global Service Desk and any Service Desk(s) of third-party vendor(s) providing services to Client.
- Manage the approval, issuance, and inventory, of the SecurID RSA Token request process for employees, contractors, and external clients.
