  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

Gather, develop, validate, and analyze data across multiple teams. Work with SMEs and Management to design, build and implement quality monitoring tools, inventory management tools, dashboards and reports. Lead efforts to utilize data, trend analysis, and reporting to improve processes and drive efficient solutions. Ensure all team reports are delivered timely and accurately. Provide oversight to lower levels and may lead and direct the work of others. An advanced degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Set up data governance oversight, supporting resource/capacity planning, inventory management, reporting & analytics, desk level procedures and training.
  • Drive the use of analysis in end-to-end process reporting, improvements and change.
  • Provide oversight and accountability for the timely and accurate delivery of performance and inventory reports, process improvements, and resource coaching to improve outcomes.
  • Work with client to set up team to utilize data to drive innovative development of process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with group setup, Operations, Sales, Underwriting, and group setup vendor to facilitate and drive successful client setup.
  • Facilitate meetings with the Management team to discuss group set up issues, trends, etc.
  • Interface, influence and negotiate with all levels, internal and external for client setup issues and outcomes.
  • Review/monitor performance and reporting data to determine any future challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure that client set up inventory across all teams is assigned timely and accurately.

Experience

  • 3+ years experience in a similar Data Reporting type role.
  • Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-task environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft office products and project management software required.
  • Communication and analytical skills to convey complex ideas and concepts to users, business systems analyst and management.
  • Strong presentation skills to demonstrate business solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to define business solutions, make decisions, identify problems, coordinate resources and implement changes.
  • Detail oriented and ability understand corporate objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
