Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule field services with our extensive network of technicians.
- Adhere to project timelines and templates to ensure efficient and budget-aligned execution.
- Manage the schedules of external vendors, including job-site surveys, manufacturing, transportation, and final installations to ensure timely delivery.
- Engage in project meetings, addressing concerns while proposing effective solutions to customer issues.
- Execute tasks diligently to ensure seamless project progression until completion.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with your team, other Project Managers, and external partners.
- Navigate changes in project scope with adept problem-solving strategies and contingency plans.
- Ensure all administrative documentation is up-to-date and tracked according to company processes.
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.

- An Associate degree or equivalent two years of relevant work experience.
