Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing direct reports of Project Managers
  • Experience interviewing and hiring, facilitating meetings, keeping track of tasks
  • Field Service ERP experience (example: ServiceTitan, SimPro, Housecall Pro, Jobber, etc.)
  • M&A experience (would be a plus)
  • Smartsheet experience (would be a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying project goals, needs, and scope. This includes planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout a project.

• Ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly. Chalk out a pathway to help complete the project successfully and efficiently. Any approach can be used, like Agile or Waterfall, but the team should also be comfortable working in that environment.

• Managing all resources necessary for finance project execution.

• Fostering effective communication with stakeholders concerning project status.

• Foreseeing and strategically eliminating blockers and potential risks and issues. Excessive monitoring may cause resentment among team members. If you don’t have real-time updates on project progression, this will impede the ability to forecast timely completion.

• Documenting each step of the process using various project management tools.

Job Description:

As a Lead of Project Managers, this resource will be focused on managing, implementing and standardizing the ERP systems and Infrastructure across one of several divisions. This role reports to the Director, IT PMO. They will work with the project managers on each ERP system to drive process improvement and business transformation. They need to be able & willing to travel (up to ~30-45%) to sit shoulder-to-shoulder with company users and assist with the IT implementation and advancing to a more modern system. We’re looking for someone with strong experience overseeing system implementations in the field service, construction, or industrial space. This role is a leadership role within the company – leading a team of project managers responsible for projects.
