We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. Education & Experience

(REQUIRED) Bachelor’s degree in (or enrolled in school for) Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management or other marketing fields.

Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and an eye for design aesthetics.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in social media.

Proven track record of innovation and continuous improvement

Passion for connecting with current and potential customers who are in alignment with the brand

Legally authorized to work in the US

Key Result Areas & Responsibilities

Create Social Media Content in Alignment with the Social Media Standard

  • Plan, create, and deliver content outlined in the fit-flavors content plan.
  • Develop engaging and on-brand social media content in alignment with established standards.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all active platforms in alignment with established standards.
  • Implement effective call-to-action strategies to boost audience engagement.


Create Promotion-Specific Content

  • Create tailored content aligned with product launch and promotion calendars to maximize impact.


Trend Utilization

  • Stay attuned to social media trends and incorporate them effectively into content strategies.
  • Regularly update the social media content standard to adapt to evolving trends.


Market Research

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging social media trends and platforms.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.


Content Experimentation

  • Innovate by testing new content creation and delivery methods to optimize audience engagement.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze results to refine content strategies.


Performance Evaluation

  • Monitor and analyze key social media key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of content strategies.
  • Extract actionable insights to drive improvements in content quality and engagement.
