Kevin's incredible career with 4 victories at the 24 hours of Daytona, a win at Le Mans, over 100 professional victories and 7 championships, is a fantastic way to weave in the authenticity of our winning racing background into all of these new programs. The Racing Series wines feature six luxurious blends inspired by pivotal moments on the racetrack, pairing our passion for racing with world-class winemaking, cutting-edge entertainment, creativity and winning. With our upcoming expansion in Petaluma—an all-new, state-of-the-art 16,000 sq. ft, 3-story winery and entertainment complex on the riverfront—we're setting the stage for unforgettable experiences. What You’ll Do

As Creative Designer, you’ll be the creative heartbeat of the brand, reporting to the Marketing Director at our Petaluma headquarters. You will lead design projects across all platforms, from eye-catching wine labels to dynamic digital campaigns as well as trade and DTC marketing materials. This person will be working closely with our winemaker, Sales Team, and Events and Tasting Room Managers as well as the CEO. Your work will be pivotal in driving the look, feel, and overall experience of both Adobe Road Winery and The Racing Series, helping to elevate our brand and reach new heights, and helping to put our new winery facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand standards.
  • Lead & Innovate: Guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring all visuals are aligned with our brand identity and in appropriate formats and sizes.
  • Collaborate & Create: Work with our talented cross-functional team to develop impactful marketing campaigns that turn heads and generate buzz.
  • Visual Mastery: Produce top-tier print and digital materials, from packaging to promotional assets, social media and web graphics, and presentations.
  • Stay on Trend: Be a thought leader in design, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Project Management: Ensure smooth communication across departments and deliver projects on time, every time.

Digital & Print Design:

  • Craft responsive, device-optimized digital content, e-comm templates, and emails.
  • Create stunning web, email, and social media assets, bringing our wines and events to life.
  • Lead design for print and digital marketing materials, including wine labels, custom packaging, and POS materials, ensuring TTB and compliance standards are met.

Photography & Video:

  • Retouch and edit photos to perfection, ensuring the winery’s essence is captured.
  • Assist in photoshoots and video production to create unforgettable brand moments.

Qualifications:

  • Visionary Designer: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in print, digital, and email marketing design.
  • Adobe Pro: Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere) and experience with WordPress and PowerPoint.
  • Multitasker Extraordinaire: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Team Player: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
  • Photography & Retouching Skills: A keen eye for detail and an artistic touch.
  • Marketing Savvy: Strong familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp) and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Wine Knowledgeable: Best fit candidate will have background in wine industry.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing creative budgets and collaborating with external agencies.

Salary, Perks & Benefits:

  • The pay range for this position is $68,000 - $90,000. Actual placement within this range will depend on qualifications, education and experience.
