What you will be responsible for: The Logistics Manager will oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes. Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Several teammates including the Receiving Tech, Inventory Control Specialist, and Material Handler
- Reviews logistics processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.
- Maintains database(s) of logistics information.
- Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes.
- Monitors warehouse facilities to evaluate inventory transactions such as receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures related to material movement and inventory control with a goal to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow.
- Serves on the NetSuite Implementation Team as needed
- Mentors' teammates and is a “culture add”
- Key leader in the plant and member of the Plant Leadership Team
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as inventory software.
- Previous experience in logistics field required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
