Project Manager Analyst

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL/ Hybrid

Duration: 24-25 months

Job Description:

A Mid-level Business Analyst typically plays a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for projects within an organization.

Responsibilities may include:

Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.

Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.

Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.

Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.

Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.

Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.

Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.

Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.

A Mid-level Business Analyst should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Position Requirements:

Create and process Contract Payment Authorizations (CPAs) and Invoice Checklists, Contract Requisitions (CREQs), Contract Change Requests (CCRs)

Create and monitor Work Orders and Work Order Tasks (WO/WOT)

Create and monitor Material Requests and Job Site Delivery (MRs)

Create Service Requests (SRs)

Assist with Monthly Reporting in regards to Project/Program Progress

Create and maintain Work Folders/OneDrive

Support Project Closeout by clearing FIN005 Reports and assisting with Asset Map Rows (AMRs)

Assist with creating of Bid Packages, Bid Evaluation and audit of Contractors Of Choice/Engineers Of Choice Estimates

Estimate Requests

Create and modify excel spreadsheets to support data analysis including up to working in PowerBI, access databases, and other MS Office software.

Top 3 skills needed:

Data Analysis (Excel, PowerBl, etc...) / Business Accounting / Organizational

Candidate MUST haves:

Experience performing data analytics utilizing excel, powerbi, etc... Creating and Usinp

Years of experience:

5—10 years

Education Level/Type:

Education requirements/specific Degree Needed

AS/BS - Mathematics, Business, Accounting, Enpineerinp

Specific experience:

Technical/Software

Excel, PowerBl, Bluebeam or Adobe Pro, Procore, Office365

"Deal Breakers" :

Can't work three days in office / No mathematics or accounting background / No Excel experience

Team Size:

Working on a team

Specific project/projects contractor would be working on:

Multiple New Business T&S

Additional information:

I need someone who can take data, build functional reports and then provide at least an introductory analysis of the data based on factors I provide. I don't want a copy person, or an admin I need someone who understands numbers and trends both financial and operational. (Find me a unicorn)
