Position: Data Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Work location: 601 E St NW, Washington, DC - 20049
Need to be onsite on Monday & Friday
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management with expertise in data integration and data quality to support the integration and maintenance of unstructured and structure data from digital surveys into our NLP tool.
This role involves implementing Verint into Qualtrics and fully enabling the organization with upcoming Generative AI (GAI) capabilities.
Responsible for data analysis, validation, cleansing, collection and reporting. Extract and analyze data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
Respond to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. Create and publish regularly scheduled and/or ad hoc reports as needed.
Document reporting requirements and process and validate data components as required.
Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software required.
A Strong analytical and organizational skills required. Must possess expert level knowledge of MS Excel.
Required Skills
- Understanding of auditing and auditing principles
- Understanding of structured (attributes, demographics, financial) and unstructured (text) data
- Strong QA and QC skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must possess expert level knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of Python or SQL
- Preferred experience with Verint Survey and Qualtrics NLP
- Familiarity with coding and large data sets
Required Education
- College Degree required
- Degree in a Data/Information Systems based field preferred
Required Years of Experience
- 3+ years
