Workday HRIS Analyst

Contract to hire position

1-2 onsite if local to the area

will consider fully remote if not in the area and meets all requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday email inbox
• Benefits/Payroll questions go to the business partner
• Answering requests coming in from hr/payroll/benefits team
• Create/modify reports
• Q&A with end users or send to appropriate member to respond
• Reply/engage with topbloc meetings/questions
• Stabilization Activity researching root cause of issues and how to fix it
  • Reviewing workflows to fix business
• Be able to do configuration or run an integration if an integration fails might have to go into Workday run the integration. Then pass off to Topbloc to fix the error.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with Workday is rewquired
• Experience in working in an agile delivery environment.
• IT project analysis and management skills.
• Troubleshooting and Process Improvement.
• Must understand the system development lifecycle process.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Human Resources experience and a vast understanding of HRIS platforms.
• Ability to work interdependent and as part of a team.
• Good communicator and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

• Min a bachelor s degree in Information Technology, computer sciences, or related fields.
• 5-7+ years of HRIS/HR system support experience required.
• 3-5 years of Workday HRIS integration and configuration experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge of Excel.
• Human Resource Information Professional Certification (HRIP) Preferred.
